(1) Along the size line on the back of the insole, first cut it slightly larger than your size, then adjust it to fit your shoes.

*It can be used for about 1 month depending on the usage conditions.
Caution:

If you have hyperhidrosis or use it in a situation where you sweat easily, it may cause the surface cloth and socks to darken.
