Return or Resend


Our policy remains in effect for a duration of 30 days starting from the date of your item's arrival. Regrettably, should you request a return or reshipment after this 30-day period has elapsed since you received your item, we are unable to provide a return reshipment.

In case an item arrives defective due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item), we are committed to promptly resending you the correct item.


If an item is found defective due to shipping issues (e.g., damaged during transit), we will gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost, covering all shipping expenses.



Refunds (if applicable)


Upon receiving and evaluating the returned item, you will receive an email acknowledgment as a receipt. We will also promptly inform you if your refund request has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and automatically credited back to your original payment method.
