Terms & Conditions of Sale

At OIETIME, we adhere to the regulations outlined by the Australian Consumer Law to ensure the highest standards for all our products. Here's what you need to know:


Quality Assurance

If our goods fall short of satisfactory quality, we offer our valued customers the option of a replacement or refund in the case of a major failure.
For goods not meeting satisfactory quality standards (excluding major faults), customers can request the goods be repaired or replaced.


Warranty Coverage

All our products are backed by a standard one-year warranty, unless otherwise specified. Please note that early replacements are not provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs when sending goods back to OIETIME, unless specific discounts or arrangements are arranged. OIETIME covers the shipping costs when returning items to the customer. Proof of purchase is essential for all returns, and customers must submit a return request for approval. Returns of non-defective merchandise are considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur a 15% processing fee based on the sales price.

OIETIME retains ownership of goods until full payment is received. We reserve the right to retain, repossess, or resell merchandise until the title has been transferred.


Pricing and Product Information

All prices are inclusive of GST (unless exempted by the Australian Government) and are listed in Australian dollars. Prices, editions, product details, and availability are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, unforeseen changes may occur. For out-of-stock and pre-sale items, delivery dates are estimates only. Goods are not available on a trial or 'sale and return' basis. Please review the item's specification and intended use before purchasing.


Payment Methods

For online orders, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Alternative payment methods, including bank transfers and cheques, can be arranged by contacting us.     

Our National Secure Internet Payment Service offers secure online authorization of credit card transactions with SSL encryption.


Delivery Conditions

Shipping costs are based on the weight of goods and the delivery location. The actual shipping cost is calculated at the time of order submission.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. An authorized signatory must receive the goods, and photo identification may be required.
Goods are at the customer's risk upon delivery, and we strive to meet estimated availability dates or deliver as soon as possible.
If the customer refuses delivery, they may be liable for associated costs, and OIETIME may charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.


Confidentiality and Liability for Login Codes and Passwords

Customers are responsible for safeguarding login codes and passwords. OIETIME is not liable for the protection and use of customer login codes and passwords.
