Description:This is a base for green pepper meat soup (stir-fried peppers and thinly sliced meat with oyster sauce) that has the rich flavor of oyster sauce and the aromatic aroma of green onion oil.


Use Method:
・Green pepper, bamboo shoots in water: Finely chopped.
・Meat: Cut into thin strips and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of katakuriko.
Stir-fry vegetables: medium heat
・Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a hot frying pan, stir-fry the peppers and bamboo shoots, and transfer to a plate.
Stir-fry the meat and add "CookDo": low to medium heat)
・Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a hot frying pan and fry the meat over low heat, being careful not to burn it. Once cooked, turn off the heat, add CookDo, and stir-fry over medium heat until it coats the meat. (Be careful of sauce splashes)
Rehydrate vegetables: medium heat
