○Material
・Pork belly (thinly sliced)...approx. 200g
・Cabbage...1/4 large (approx. 300g)
・Green peppers: 2 medium (approx. 40g)
・Long onion: 1/2 medium (approx. 40g)
○How to make
1. Preparation
・Pork belly: Cut into 5cm lengths.
・Cabbage: Cut into bite-sized pieces.
・Green pepper: roughly chopped.
・Long onions: cut diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.
2. Stir-fry the cabbage and peppers (high heat)
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a hot frying pan, fry half of the cabbage and green pepper, and transfer to a plate. Fry the remaining half in the same way and set aside on a plate.
Tip: Stir-frying the cabbage in half at a time to make the cabbage crunchier!
3． Stir-fry the pork and green onions and add “Cook Do” (medium heat)
Stir-fry the pork and green onions. Once the meat is cooked, turn off the heat, add the "Cook Do" and stir-fry with the pork over medium heat, stirring to coat.
